About Cars2Watch

New car launches, from the driver's seat.

We cover new cars from around the world: what's been revealed, what it really costs in the UK, and how it stacks up against its rivals.

Our editorial policy

1. Every figure is sourced

Every number on screen or on this site comes from a named source, listed in the video description and on the car's page. We check key figures against two independent sources where we can.

2. Claims vs tests

A carmaker's figure is a claim until someone independent measures it. We label every figure as a manufacturer claim, shown at a reveal, observed on a test drive, or independently tested.

3. AI disclosure

Some of our videos use an AI-generated narration voice; we say so in the video description and use YouTube's altered-content label. We sometimes use clearly labelled AI illustrations for atmosphere. We never show AI footage as the real car.

4. Footage

We use manufacturer press material for editorial news reporting and credit it on screen. We don't use other outlets' footage; when we report what reviewers found, we name them and link to their work.

5. Independence

No carmaker pays for or approves our coverage. If we ever run a sponsored segment, it will be clearly labelled, and sponsors won't see or approve our verdicts.

6. Corrections

If we get something wrong, we correct it on the car's page with the date, and pin the correction on the video. Spotted something? Email contact@cars2watch.com.
